Service 10 · Book a callThirty minutes about handing a system over to your own team.
You should not need us in year two.
What this call decides. Whether your team can take ownership of a system, and what is missing before they can.

Published so you can decide whether it is worth your half hour, and hold us to it while it runs.
- 0 to 5
The system
What exists, and who is nominally responsible for it right now.
- 5 to 15
The gap
What was never written down, and which parts only one person understands. Those are usually the same list.
- 15 to 25
The receiving team
Who will own it, what they already know, and whether anyone has actually been given time for this.
- 25 to 30
A straight answer
What a handover would involve, and whether the team has capacity for it yet. Handover without capacity is a dependency with better paperwork.
If you cannot produce what the middle two beats ask for, come anyway and say so. What an organisation cannot answer about its own operation is itself a finding, and it is often the most useful thing said in the half hour.
Book it
Bring the system nobody wants to be responsible for.
Thirty minutes, no obligation. Tell us what is running, who is supposed to own it, and what they cannot currently do. We will tell you whether this is a documentation gap, a practice gap or a capacity gap, because the three have different answers and only two of them are ours.
- Length
- Thirty minutes. We will not run over without asking.
- Who you speak to
- The person who would scope and build the work. Founder-led, no account manager in between.
- What it costs
- Nothing, and there is no obligation afterwards. Investment for any work that follows is scoped on this call.
- If we are the wrong fit
- We will say so on the call and tell you what would help instead. That happens and it is a legitimate outcome.
Self-service booking is not open yet. Use the form below and you will get a reply from a person, with times that work.
If you would rather just write, the address is beneath this panel.
Prefer email? Write to [email protected]. We reply within two to four working hours.
What follows, if anything does
The call itself is free and carries no obligation. These are the terms of the work that would follow it, if you decided to go ahead.
- Starts with
- A short assessment of what is documented today and who is expected to own it. Read-only access is enough to begin.
- Investment
- Scoped on the first call. Where enablement follows a build of ours, much of it is already included and we will say so.
- If the gap is capacity
- We will tell you plainly, because no amount of enablement fixes a team with no time. You keep the assessment.
