Published so you can decide whether it is worth your half hour, and hold us to it while it runs.

    What somebody has suggested moving, in which direction, and why now.

  2. 5 to 15

    The bill and the inventory

    Which workloads carry predictable heavy load, and what egress is actually costing you as opposed to what it is assumed to cost.

  3. 15 to 25

    Residency and exit

    Which rules constrain where things may run, and what leaving would cost in either direction once staff and refresh are counted.

  4. 25 to 30

    A straight answer

    A per-workload direction. For most estates the majority of that list says leave it alone, and that is a legitimate result.

If you cannot produce what the middle two beats ask for, come anyway and say so. What an organisation cannot answer about its own operation is itself a finding, and it is often the most useful thing said in the half hour.
